Watercolor sketches

I wanted a Moleskin watercolor sketchbook for ages, so I finally bought one for myself last year. Even though I love the limitations of screen printing, it's such a pleasure to sit down and mess about with loads of color! I've always loved to paint, but I've put it on the back burner because it felt like I never had time or there was something more important to do. Now, I use this watercolor journal as my break activity during the day. When I need a break, I sit at the kitchen table and paint away! Even if it's just in the time it takes to brew a cup of coffee. I've made it a daily habit now and I almost feel off if I don't paint!

Here's what I've been up to in my sketchbook:

(And if you'd like to see other artist's who have a daily practice, check out this post.)
