I'm learning lately to not fret about making a "finished" piece of art work. I have a much more enjoyable time making my art when I just grab some supplies, sit in the chair, and do something. Who cares what happens! Let's just move some color around! Isn't that pretty!, etc.

Everything kinda starts out with this whatevs attitude. If I don't come at it this way, I'll overthink every move I make, I'll scrunch up in my shoulders holding my pencil so tight, and I'll be downright mean to myself too. 

And then if I'm lucky, some things I really like and put up for sale in my shop. 

Anyway, that's how these small colored pencil drawings came about.
