Wiksten Tunic in Heuchera Leaves Linen

Sara Parker Textiles
I am rather smitten with this Wiksten Tunic.
It's been on my "sew this!" list for ages and I'm so glad I finally got around to making it.
Wiksten Tunic in Heuchera Leaves LinenLike everyone has been saying, the sewing was really simple and straightforward. No darts!
I like it both ways - with and without the tie. I was worried the oversized shape was going to be overwhelming, but turns our it's super comfy and really cute!
I used our Heuchera Leaves in Artichoke, printed on sage linen. This linen is a dream to sew. It makes lovely garments that are the perfect weight with just the right amount of drape.
Check out the back yoke detail!
I can't wait to wear this to QuiltCon next month and throughout our hot summers.
Pattern: Wiksten Tunic
Alterations: Sized down two sizes and used a 2 inch double hem on the bottom.
